Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All original tags and protective seals must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:

  • Facial Serums
  • Lipsticks
  • Makeup items with applicators (Concealers, Foundations, etc.)
  • Fragrance products

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our provided template below for efficiency.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all paperwork.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed
  • International customers: Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
