Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):
- Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking information
Free Shipping (via EMS):
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All original tags and protective seals must be intact
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following opened products:
- Facial Serums
- Lipsticks
- Makeup items with applicators (Concealers, Foundations, etc.)
- Fragrance products
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all paperwork.
